Military member review: Do not let this company manage your property, especially if you are not going to be on island. They are next to impossible to reach via phone or email if you need them. If they need you, they will reach out and expect you to respond in a timely manner (although you may be many time zones apart). We asked them for an inspection, as required per their contract with us; in 6 years, we never received an inspection. Condominium: two dead cars in the parking lot and carport this has been the parking situation for years the dumpster area is filthy and clutterd I do not recommend Acorn.
