If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I booked facials at Remake Beauty Studio, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff clearly lacked proper training my friend experienced a burning sensation during her facial, and I couldn’t even complete my treatment. Scheduling was a nightmare. They only allow 30 days to use packages, which is extremely limiting. The aesthetician I was working with was unaccommodating and difficult about scheduling.
