No website for them. That's weird.
Barely even dealt with them and they're trash. I paid 37.00 for an application. I called and Acey gave me immediate attitude and said he'd refund me my money. It had been 3 weeks and he kept saying he'd give it back. He processed no application or anything. Basically all bad business. If you're that incompetent and disrespectful why even run a business. From this review and ones that I've read I'm happy that 37 is all I lost dealing with that bigot!
Thieves, they have my money and refuse to pay me the rent they owe me. I WILL be suing. Their management is so bad, my property's value has actually beat the trend and gone DOWN. Don't fall into the trap of using these criminals.
If you want your $200 security deposit fraudulently stolen, I recommend you sign a lease with Remacc Properties. In addition, the staff charged me for false damages and "bags of trash" after I moved out, after my roommates and I had the entire apartment professionally cleaned on the last day of our lease. Also, we submitted a refrigeration maintenance request for a leaking freezer.
