Since October 2014 I have taken over as the NEW General Sales Manager for REM Auto Sales Inc. This dealership has been in business for 42 years, and maintains an A+ rating with the BBB for 25 years. Stay away from these guys. Bought a Nissan from them. Was told I had to wait while they put new brakes and tires on. Never even looked at the tires (shame on me). When I couldn't go in snow I realized tires were bald. When I replaced tires my mechanic pointed out my totally worn out brakes. Needless to say I won't be doing any more business with REM.
First off- I’ve never written a negative review about a business in my life, but this place REALLY worked hard to earn this one! I purchased a newer-model truck less than 4 months ago, and since then I’ve put roughly 4,000 miles on it. In that time, I’ve had nothing but problems. WHAT A LEMON this thing is! -Check Engine warning, Airbag System warning came on at different times (starting a few weeks ago) and are now on solid. -4WD system is non-functional- I just get a Service 4WD warning -Front tires are bald on the outside... read more

Could"nt Be Happier! – Great Dealership!A friend of mine i work with has bought several vehicles @ REM Automobiles and i have heard him talk highly of them.I recently got rear ended @ a red light and my vehicle was a total loss.So i had plenty of time to shop and enjoyed my 2011 rental car free of charge.Shop i did ,first online and then in person.I found there prices online and going in person either below other dealers or close to the same.But a huge difference was they have all the right colors and features and there cars... read more
Worst Dealership in Worcester – Don't waste your time or money. The cars look good, but you will land up with a lemon. Purchased a vehicle, that has bad transmission and electric issue. Dealer refuses to fix. Had six chances to diagnois and fix. Keep saying there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. Second opinion says needs transmission.
