When I found my hearing was deteriorating, I went to REM and met Dr. Mapes. From that first visit and for many years, I have found her to a delightful person as well as a very competent audiologist. She takes a personal interest in each patient and does her best to answer questions, make recommendations and provide the best help possible.
Kelly Byrne is wonderful to work with. She is so professional and personable and helped to make my mom feel comfortable as she can get overwhelmed easily. I highly recommend Kelly and REM Audiology!
I felt very at ease with all of the staff. They stuck with me as I took a long time figuring out if I want to go with them. They did not pressure me. It was there purpose to make sure that I understood all the ins and outs of their hearing aids. Patience was a foundation for making me feel comfortable through the process of getting a hearing aid....
After seeing an ENT and going to a Miracle Ear, I decided to see what an audiologist had to say about my hearing loss. The REM team was professional, friendly and informative. I left with a better understanding of my options and hearing aids to try. Adjusting to and choosing the best hearing instruments is certainly a process, but I feel confident REM will help me make the best choice for my needs.
We were recommended to REM 10 years ago. Dr. Mapes is amazing for my son, that I switched over myself.
More important than the excellent product is the friendly personal service. Always professional and patient the entire staff, especially audiologist Meagan never fail to take the extra step to accommodate, There are many other hearing aid providers but REM Audio is the best.
