We have a contract and pay a lot of money for our kids to wear Lyric hearing aides. These hearing aides need to be put into the ear canal by an Audiologist on a regular basis as they are disposable and don't last more than a few months. Since the state shutdown due to COVID this office will not see my kids to replace their hearing aides! This is unacceptable, other Audiologists are safely seeing patients! Very personable office from the receptionist to the audiologist. Your are made to feel very welcomed from the time you enter the office until you leave. You feel like everyone is concerned about you. I happened to work with Dr. Mapes. She listened to my concerns and I did not feel like I only had a certain amount of time to spend with her. Very pleasant experience and I would recommend this company to friends.
I like to share my experience at REM audiology at Marlton, N.J. I came in for a hearing test and was greeted by Katrina . She gave me a hearing test and said I had some hearing loss. I was skeptical at first, she explained the severity of my problem, and suggested that hearings aides would help me. Her professional manor and pleasant attitude where greatly appreciated. My hearing aids are great but😁😁 one suggestion: tuna sandwiches at the REM appointments. (Liz, Bob, Markl-> hi)
The REM Marlton team has been very supportive and friendly it is exactly what you want in a doctors office. They also changed my life. I used to have to guess what people were saying through the words that I did hear and their body language. Now I can hear a full conversation and be a part of it.
