Don't rent from relocation reps if you have a issue they won't call you back and if they do they fix it as cheap as possible. Just to let everybody know that rent from relocation reps you can call the city if they don't fix the issues you have.
SCAM..By all means please steer free from this so called "Management Company". My son is a college student in IA and decided to rent through Relocation Reps. When it came time to sign the lease and pay deposits, the staff was eager to help and promised every comfort under the sun, go figure, we even watched a video on the do's and dont's and Service requests prior to signing( All so professional). DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Renting from relocation reps was one of the biggest mistakes of my life and I implore anybody out there looking to rent an apartment to stay away from Relocation Reps. The maintenance department is a joke; months ago my roommate and I had put in a request to seal a hole in our kitchen wall in which rodents are coming into our side of the duplex and shockingly enough these people have done nothing. Do NOT rent from this company! I’m shocked by the good reviews! Maintenance is SO rude, they never get back to you about anything, they take FOREVER to resolve any issues and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. Seriously, do not recommend one little bit! Bad company, very poorly managed!!
