As a professional, I would stare clear of this business.
My wife and I recently needed a short term rental during our home renovation. We initially signed up for 3 months but as with most home renovations there were delays and Jeff the owner was very accommodating in extending our lease. He is responsive and available by phone at any time. The apartment was clean, modern, and fully stocked with everything anyone would need. I wish i could give them 10 Stars! That is how great the Relocation Exchange is!! We sold our home in Warren NJ, and we were in the process of selling our business as well and moving down to Florida.
