Dr. Rella was my children’s dr in the 1980s. He effectively saved my olest daughter’s life by hearing a heart mermur while she was crying sending us to a pediatric cardiologist. My daughter was diagnosed with PDA. Corrective surgery was done. She is now 44, healthy, happy and living life. I have recommended him ever since.

I took my 3 children to him even though with my third child at the time he wasn’t taking my medical plan I had I went to him because the dr I was taking my daughter to as an infant couldn’t help her with a bad cough I paid out of network and he helped her right away
Dr Rella took Excellent Care of all 3 of my Children until they went into High School We were so lucky to have known him for many years . I loved bringing him pastries They were his favorite If he is not working I hope he is enjoying a Beautiful retirement and having lots of Cannoli!!! What a Wonderful and very Special man. He was my sister’s and my pediatrician in the 1960s, with Dr. Casey. What memories…good docs. Did dr. Rella just retire?!
I appreciate the care that Dr. Rella provided to my son in the last 21 years,from birth to adulthood! The fact that he could have retired many years ago & didn’t is a testament to his care for his patients! We will miss you! Good luck in your retirement! Deb & JB
Dr. Rella is the best Pediatrician I have ever known. I feel any child would be so lucky to have him as their doctor. My in-laws also brought their 7 kids to him and so did many friends. Dr. Rella took care of my three kids (even us as parents haha long story short I came down with chicken pox and went to the ER, dermatologist, and medical clinic all said I had tick bites or a vasculitis rash, he saw me for one second at the door and said, "Get out of here you have chicken pox you will see the boys will get it next", sure en... read more

Dr Rella treated me at Miseracordia Hospial in the early 60’s had a bad case of meningitis (paralyzed, blindness ) If it wasn’t for him I know I would have never never made a full recovery .I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful care and children are just lucky to have you . Allowishus...spelled it wrong but that was the nickname you called me
