I thought the skill and gentleness with which Sarah drew my blood were incredible. That is rare here in the U.S.—especially in Tennessee. Professionals like her are hard to come by. Drawing blood in my home country (Brazil) is a basic, routine procedure that people perform with mastery, but that’s not the case here.
