I’ve been a patient at Relievus for some time now, and I want to start by saying my physician is excellent—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, the experience at the scheduling desk is consistently the opposite. The two staff members there are often dismissive and lack basic courtesy.
