We had hail damage to our house and Rick and the rest of the team have been incredible to work with while we navigated the insurance claim process (our first time doing so). We've used Reliant's services twice, both times very satisfactorily. For the first time, Reliant sent two people out the very day of my call. They made a temporary repair that worked till we could schedule the full job a couple weeks later--and they didn't charge me for that temporary fix. The later full roof job works well, as does a second job, a deck repair we had done later this fall. No more leaks, workers pleasant, careful and capable, and timely. I had a roofing company that stopped by my house and told me that I had "missing shingles" on the roof. I didn't see any, so I called Reliant Roofing to come out for a second opinion, and I'm glad I did; it turns out the other company was a scammer. Rick told me that everything was fine. Since then, I've had a couple repair services preformed by Reliant Roofing. The guys are always polite, and they do great work. I highly recommend Reliant Roofing for all your roofing needs!
