Not recommended at all! As far as fast - they are. I have a two-story house with dormers. I have lived in this house since 2011 without any leak problems with the roof. In September of 2020, a few months after they finished, I found a leak forming in the ceiling in a bedroom in March 2021 that was coming from one of the dormers. I called them and they came out the next day, then supposedly fixed it the following day. I can only assume they just used putty, as being handicapped, I could not climb the ladder to see for myself.... read more
