Don't work here. This company will use and abuse you and then cut you off like you're nothing. They treat their customers poorly and also add fees onto accounts without customer permission. Will not reach out to customers if their payment declined, instead waiting until they have a late fee on their account. Does not send ledgers to anyone on auto pay so no one notices any added fees until they've already paid. Company is owned and ran by one family. Overall a bunch of snakes both to the employees and their customers.
Do not work here. Do not live onsite at any facility because they will use that against you. This company does not care about you as a person. They only care about money. They do not treat their customers fairly, figuratively stealing money from customers pockets, and they do not care about their employees. I was SAd and drugged in a hotel while on a work trip and it took a toll on me mentally. They told me I was not allowed to take mental health breaks at work unless it was on lunch.
