Lincare (Charlottesville) refused to send my order of oxygen tanks for cluster headaches to Anthem. They kept insisting that insurance wouldn't pay for oxygen, even though I had Anthem customer service call them on the phone and tell them that they would. When insurance representatives get exasperated, you know something is terribly wrong. Beware and don't pay any bill until it goes through your insurance first.

My doctor ordered a portable oxygen machine in which I’ve never gotten and I’ve listen to every excuse in the book for not getting one, I’m buying my own equipment so I don’t have to deal with these people..

Some staff is truly caring. I feel sorry for them to be working with such an inept company. This company is dangerously disorganized. Not sure where to sty: They take weeks to process an initial order. They said they were waiting on insurance authorization.After the third week, I called the insurance company, who said that they do same day authorizations. An inexperienced tech fit my husband for c-pap. The wrong equipment was sent home with him. The main hose was missing. This caused months of problems and delayed help. My h... read more

Worst customer service. It is very difficult to talk to a representative. Leaving a message never results in a return call.

The worst customer service I have ever experience in healthcare. I have asked for an itemized bill for two months...zero progress. They send me equipment far too often to maximize billing to my insurance company. Avoid at all costs.

They called me in for an interview. the ad on glassdoor.com says starting pay is 59-100k. The offered 52k with 10 year experience in my field. They shouldn't have bothered to waste my time.

This company has terrible customer service. They are open from 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. I work beyond those hours. I have tried to call during my lunch hour. I have been on hold for my entire lunch hour at times. I don't know of any other way to order supplies from this company.

Receptionist desk in Fort Worth, Tx. I kept hearing someone from behind the wall say, “it was on the shelf.” If the front desk looks like that, I wonder what it looks like behind that wall!

OMG I am going through absolute HELL with them right now. Been trying to get supplies for two months. Received my Bi-pap machine May of last year and have never gotten not even one supply from them. Then once I’m considered non compliant I get a $400.00 plus bill. I am so done!!!!
