Lincare issues hazard bonuses to select staff, but not all, knowing that they all are risking their health during this viral outbreak. Some just aren’t worth as much as others I guess?
My husband has had his CPAP for over a year now and has tried to order his supplies numerous times and still hasn’t received anything. They’ve been ordered, reordered and even rushed delivery but nothing. This place is the absolute worst. We are looking into changing providers.
They just out of the blue decided my son's account was inactive and stopped sending feeding supplies so now we have to get a whole new prescription and yet they still sent a bill for January, which is fraud by the way.
This place is a joke. I would never recommend it. No one follows up on anything.

They are so incredibly helpful..locally as well as their mail service.
It took Lincare two phone calls from my dr and 6 wks to get my equipment to me that the dr ordered. When they came out to set me up they asked I disclose my bank info. (Not a good idea). Without my authorization and without notice Lincare took over $400. Out of my account. They gave me “hardship” paperwork and After 2 mons I never did hear back on that then I discovered I’m in Medicare and Medicaid. But I still can’t get my money back. I have had a CPAP from Lincare for over 10 years. My machine is not working properly and my doctor sent a prescription over to the Richmond on 6/7/2019. But because I live on the NNK, they said the Williamsburg office would help me. I spoke to them once, they said they were having employee issues and did not know when they would call me. It is now 9/13/2019 and no contact. Lincare is poorly run and obviously doesn't care about customer service.
We have to wait 6 days for service. For a 92 year old that needs it that is much to long. No appts to take it in as well. Apparently Lincare doesn’t care! Get anyone else!
