BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Needed a simple spring broken. Service member (who they terminated 1-day after service) sold me on adding 2 springs when I only needed one. The next morning the garage came up too quickly and smashed into the drywall due to the additional force. I called the company and gave them 7 days to come out and fix the issue, without any results. Wow! These guys are truly amazing! The owner/manager Justin was wonderful to work with. He was able to get me an appointment with Brandon the same day. Brandon was professional, explained the work to me, and did a phenomenal job! They went above and beyond to help us with an unexpected and scary situation with our garage door.

We called Reliant at 2 after our springs broke last night. They sent Josh by 5 and he was done in less than an hour. Super affordable and great warranty. Plus Josh was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall very happy with this company and will definitely use them again if need be.
