Have had them out 3 times now. First two were for my furnace and AC. Had a pretty good experience both times. Most recently I had two water heaters fail on the same day and had reliant come out and confirm that they were in fact leaking… charged me $75 for about 20 minutes of telling me what I could clearly see. Didn’t hear back from them for over 7 days so I went ahead and did the work myself before they contacted me. Was disappointed in the lack of timeliness in their response.
