We spent a week waiting for our home warranty company to send a technician. They finally allowed us to find our own, and we went with Reliant. I called late on a Tuesday, and they were able to send someone the following morning to look at our AC. Rob was our technician, and he was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Have had them out 3 times now. First two were for my furnace and AC. Had a pretty good experience both times. Most recently I had two water heaters fail on the same day and had reliant come out and confirm that they were in fact leaking… charged me $75 for about 20 minutes of telling me what I could clearly see. Didn’t hear back from them for over 7 days so I went ahead and did the work myself before they contacted me. Was disappointed in the lack of timeliness in their response.
