I had to have open heart surgery in March 2025 which came a a big surprise to me and my husband. My surgery was at St. Rose Sienna Hospital and my surgeon and cardiologist and staff were wonderful. Then it was time to go home for 6 weeks of home health care and rehab. The hospital gave me a list with hundreds of home health care options, but no advice or rating. Tim, Jazmin and Mariah have been taking care of my dad since October during a very difficult time in my life. They were able to co-ordinate all the paperwork for Medicare and set up visits at his house. A team came in to evaluate him physically and mentally and set up care accordingly. He had physical therapy set up at home and help to bath him and to take care of him several times a week. Now they have followed him to a memory place and are doing work with him there. My husband had open heart surgery and the hospital case manager failed to follow through with home health care. It was Tim, who came to our rescue. He came spent several hours providing excellent instruction and care as well as support with PT until we could get our insurance to set up care. I do not even want to think about what could have happened if it were not for Tim. He and Margaret are the absolute nicest, knowledgeable and supportive people we have ever met.

I had a triple bypass surgery in mid-August. While I was still in the hospital, I was contacted by Reliant to set up my in-home therapy. I was discharged from the hospital on a Friday and Tim met me the following day to get me set up. He was so helpful in answering all of my and my wife's questions. I can’t say enough good things about this home health care company. My father had surgery and needed professional care to help his wounds heal properly, and we were fortunate to find this team. Tim, who primarily took care of my father, was absolutely fantastic. His knowledge, attention to detail, and compassion made a huge difference in my father’s recovery.
