Joe was wonderful to work with! He spent all morning checking out my 2018 Subaru Forester to figure out that it needed a new compressor. I checked with the dealer and it was still covered by my warranty. Joe said "Sweet" and didn't charge me a dime. You don't find many folks like that around anymore. Thank you, Joe!
