I had a lean too added to my building, employees did everything the opposite of what was asked and agreed to. Ordered material before showing any plans and I was forced to compromise on my barn. Contract was written to give them every opportunity to back out and not correct their shotty work but offered no recourse for the owner and payee to get anything corrected.
