The worst company ever! If I could this company a -0 I would. Lori Dobson, my claims rep, pretended to understand my situation. She shared a similar experience she had in regards to a former employee that treated her horribly. She continued to asked me for documents that I’d already sent her. I got her supervisor, Amy Stevens extension. Based on her VM, for 2 weeks, she was still out for the 4th of July when she was actually in the office. She hasn’t returned my calls YET! This is the second time that I have had to use this group, in both instances I am deeply disapointed. Communication with my claims examiner (Tracey Beckley) has been poor at best. I sent an e-mail which was never responed to. Tried to call but they would not give an extention to her line. All in all, this company is terible to deal with. Piss poor client service. No wonder thier rating is only 2 stars. If you could avoid this company, do yourself a favor and do so.

62 years on this earth, this is the worst company I’ve ever used. Reliance Matrix and Reliance Standard are awful. I put in a life insurance claim for an 85 year-old after paying for the claim for eight years, and they aren’t returning calls they’re asking for 1 million pieces of information from my job. What’s so difficult about an 85-year-old person passing away? Especially after I’ve been paying the claims on time for eight solid years? Finds loopholes to not pay for disability. Terrible, inconsiderate, greedy insurance company. Do not use if you want to be treated like a human being.
