Where do I even start. I’m on paid parent bonding leave given to me from my job thru reliance matrix. My daughter was born July 4th and I submitted proof of birth just hours after she was born. It’s now July 28th and my claim is still not approved and nobody answers the phone or calls back. I’ve left 5+ voicemails and never get a response back. Do your best not to use this company. Absolutely the experience you can dealing with short term disability. Will do everything they can not to pay.

So far what dealing I have had with them to this point is nothing but trouble!!!!!! Have a annuity through them have issues getting interest payment's!!!!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!
