My hair is really fine and finicky to cut and when I lived in New York City I bounced around between hair stylists because I couldn’t find someone who could really listen and understand what I needed for a men’s mid-length cut. Since moving to St Paul two years ago both my wife and I happy regulars at Reliance. Manila is fantastic. She is patient, creative and adept at working with many hair types and styles, and always diligent at fulfilling your vision. We’re lucky to have her in the neighborhood!

I've gone to Manila for years and she's the only person I let cut my hair. Her work is great and the company is always welcoming. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist.

don't ever get a hair cut at this place. I was there and told them to give me a leaf cut. And the guy barber told me he is not confident enough to manage the long hair and passed me to the lady who is his wife and she started to cut my hair with knife. my hair is so uneven. I don't know how she even got her license. she is not skilled at all. NEVER go this place.

Love the service! Ko is an awesome barber! He did an amazing job for my son’s hair! Definitely recommend it for anyone who’s looking for a barber and will definitely the returning!
