I’ve been renting for many years now, and while the staff has changed over time due to promotions, they are always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The vehicles are generally excellent. Occasionally, I’ve encountered an issue—like this week when there was no USB for my phone and the windshield wiper fluid wasn’t working—but they promptly exchanged the car without any hassle.
