I would not recommend working with this property manager. After more than six weeks of back and forth, nothing was accomplished except wasted time and unnecessary application fees. Even though my household income is well over $200K, and I offered strong financials and cash payment options, the property was still not rented to us. It appears this manager is more focused on collecting applications than actually renting the property. Angela is superb! When work sent me overseas for two years, a personal recommendation from a close friend sent me to Angela and the folks at Reliance Realty and Property Management. She met with me at my house and walked me through everything needed to get on the rental market. We were on the market and had renters just in time for my departure! Angela is the best Property Manager and Realtor in Virginia. She managed my property for over 10 years; and sold my property recently at a fair and profitable price. Angela is AMAZING! She went above and beyond all expectations! We met Angela while touring one of her rental properties. Although the property was rented to another family, Angela graciously offered to help us find another rental. She helped in ways we had no idea we needed!
