I would not recommend working with this property manager. After more than six weeks of back and forth, nothing was accomplished except wasted time and unnecessary application fees. Even though my household income is well over $200K, and I offered strong financials and cash payment options, the property was still not rented to us. It appears this manager is more focused on collecting applications than actually renting the property. Angela is superb! When work sent me overseas for two years, a personal recommendation from a close friend sent me to Angela and the folks at Reliance Realty and Property Management. She met with me at my house and walked me through everything needed to get on the rental market. We were on the market and had renters just in time for my departure!
