I have been a long time client of reliance, excellent service!! I brought my 82 yr old mother into the store to buy a new grill and to make arrangements for her to have her fireplace converted at her new house. Justin (owners son) was very knowledgeable and able to answer my mothers 100 questions, he was very patient which was much appreciated.. I bought my dad a grill! They assembled, delivered, and took away the old one for free! Very nice and great workers!
I have been coming to reliance for years. I bring in my RV to get fueled up 4-5 times a year. They are so nice and professional. They turn off my pilot light for me and when they are done filling me up they relight it. I would recommend reliance to everyone who has propane needs.
I have 2 mobile grooming vans, I usually get them filled with propane once a week for the furnace and hot water heater both employees acted annoyed with my set up and stated “this is a horrible design”. They could not get the propane connector on and then when they did they tried to tell me it was already full. I said my indicator says it’s only 1/3 full and Since I hadn’t filled in over a week I knew it was not already full, both employees kept arguing with me and saying “I guess your indicator is wrong” and in front of oth... read more

Jim, thank you for your integrity and wonderful customer service. After a glitch happened that we ran out of propane tonight, Jim looked into the situation quickly and corrected it immediately. He came right to our house and brought propane to get us through the night and set up for our tank to be filled in the morning. We appreciate that you stand behind your business.
