Went to buy a Napoleon grill, salesman didn't give us the time of day Told us the company ( Napoleon) had strict rules about reducing the price or adding freebies to your purchase. Wouldn't budge on price. wouldn't add in any accessories. So we took our business down the street and bought a Napoleon grill 20% off, numerous accessories free,! Thank you to the COAL AND WOODBURNER SHOP! we love our new grill!

I called Reliance to have our gas grill cleaned. They offer a basic clean and a steam clean. I opted for the steam clean. The guys came out and took the grill back to the shop. Very quick service. One day. Reinstalled looking brand new. Very professional! I will definitely use Reliance again.
Very reliable and honest company. I just had an issue with a set of gas logs and the remote that went with them. Justin was able to test my unit, clean them up, and get my remote working within a matter of minutes. I always appreciate their hard work and quick turn around time. Thank you again.
