Tech. Alphanso #871 was terrific. I had a different company out twice to unplug my drain. I called Reliance after I was not happy that the other company did not unplug it. I had him unplug all the drains. The other company kept saying was not needed and I probably needed to replace the main pipe. Well after Alphanso took the picture, he said was not necessary. He found something plugging the drain. Hopefully, I will not need him anymore, but if I do I want Alphanso to come again. I highly recommend this company. They came sa... read more

(Maitland, FL) The technician was on time, friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. The office staff was extremely helpful and customer oriented. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd recommend their services to anyone.
