My 1st visit here was fine except for the lengthy wait time to be seen. Went back recently for medical clearance for upcoming surgery. Woman in office very pleasant and as helpful as she could be - like ladt time - for check in/check out. Then sat in waiting room for 55 minutes. Medical assistant - pleasant - took me into room and took vital signs and reviewed paperwork. Then I waited another 18 minutes for practitioner. She came in ranting about how their computer system was down and she couldn't see my previous information... read more

Village medical was more efficient, staff are still friendly professional. But the phone calls being returned and not. This transition to act on total health, I’m not happy with the staff response to patients who have questions or concerns and not receiving a call back, when leaving voicemail. And not to mention the appointment cancellations. Unpleasant feeling right now Really 👎🏽
Practitioner and office staff very friendly. Had a bit of a wait for my scheduled appointment time, which was my only issue.
