Dr Shabayek (hope I’ve spelt it right) and the ladies at reception are so lovely. Dr Shabayek has always gone above and beyond and is everything you would want your gp to be. Also I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than 20 minutes which I’d previously found hard to come by as everywhere else seems to be overbooked.
I saw a Doctor named Tara Rawat and she gave me a referral but because there was no particular date name on the referral. When I phoned up the people to make an appointment. I was told that it was an invalid referral because there’s no name on the referral. I would have thought that the doctor would have known this, before writing the referral surely.
It's easier for me to drive to Wyong and make an appointment than thru the fall centre. Then it's up to 2 weeks before you can get a face to face appointment.
All staff have always been extremely caring and helpful at all times. Have never had any problems
