They never answer the phone!!!!!! I came in for an appt and now I keep getting phone call reminders to make a follow up, I cannot reach the front desk to make an appt AND get them to stop their automated system from bugging me!!!!! Blocking their number and going somewhere else!!!!! Building is also falling apart and it takes 1-2 hours to see the Dr!!!!!! Can’t ever see the same Dr more than twice because of the turnover!!!!!

Everything starts with first point of contact. (Front desk) I called to leave a note with my physician today and the front desk agent HUNG UP on abruptly. Horrible customer service. She should NOT have a customer service job.
