No le doy ni una estrella a esta oficina,le di una porque era la única forma de publicar este comentario.Son unos irresponsables nunca contestan las llamadas las del front desk no se que cosa hacen que ni contestan los mensajes. envían mensajes y cancelan las citas sin anticipación. Antes cuando estaba la "Sra. que no se su nombre pero era de algun lugar de asía" en el desk de al frente eran mas responsables después que se jubilo ella,esta oficina se volvió un completo desastre. Longest wait time ever, more than 2 -4 hours sitting in a cold waiting room for a APN who I never met or seen before, with a poor time management and a facility understaffed. A barely there "attending physician" at this premise, all this happen awhile back, the APN beside manners were brash and condescending , not someone to deal with people who are ill and trying to get better . I never had this experience prior and had no problems with previous APN, who were very warming and easygoing to talk to. If I see this APN next tim... read more

Have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months. Called the Corporate office and they had an attitude.
