i used some over 5 years for all my patients. they are great mobile service for folks whom can't drive. Many times x-rays are done same day if orders sent in the AM. Ultrasound does take 2 days. folks whom want same day service need to use the ER or consider paying cash rate for same day service. It is about understand expectations.
Reliance is NOT reliable, Turn around for STAT services are about 24 hours, and don't get me started with NON-STAT orders, you would be lucky if you get them within 48 hours. And most of their associates at their Answering service have at an attitude and play the "I am sorry I can't hear you...." game. Very frustrating.
