Ian has been doing my home inspections for 10 years now, I would recommend Reliance Home Inspections to anyone!
I cannot recommend this company. Ian did our home inspection, and I think he did it blindfolded. Sure, he caught the big, obvious thing (an old water heater that couldn't be insured). But he missed an active leak under the kitchen sink, the fact that neither bathroom exhaust fan worked, that neither hard-wired smoke alarm worked, and that the new roof on our building (it's a townhome) had failed inspection when replaced last year.
