I absolutely LOVE this office. Kathleen, the receptionist at the front office ALWAYS has such a positive and energetic attitude. She is always so happy and smiling, not only that but she is also extremely helpful and kind. The rest of the staff and doctor are also so nice and super soft to the touch, I love the way my teeth feels after the deep cleaning they did! Definitely recommend this office 10/10 EXCELLENT AND PHENOMENAL customer service. Will be coming back for my regular cleanings and other procedures in the future.
I came to the office with broken tooth, I’m happy with my image, the doctor and his team gave me a great smile, after I was healed I got my permanent in. I got my beautiful smile back, they did a great job. The cleanliness and the team are wonderful and friendly, the doctor is also very knowledgeable and caring, definitely highly recommended!
This was our first visit at Reliance Dental Care. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Trevor's introductory (new patient) examination, observations and reccomendations were comprehensive. I’ve been a patient at Reliance for many years. Dr. Chen has always provided excellent care and they make sure you are comfortable before starting any invasive dental procedure. They work with most dental plans and their front office is polite and friendly. I recommend them for almost any dental care that you might need.
They are unreliable. They prefer to return calls than to answer them as they come in. Trust me I tried for 2 days.
