A representative came by my home for a consultation and to take measurements for a flooring project. I never heard anything else. I never received a quote and no responses to my follow-up inquiries. Very disappointing.
They fixed the floor fast and efficiently. My mom was impressed with the job. Don’t pay attention to the 1 star review. The owner of the reliable wood floors, said to us he never even received a phone call from that lady. My mom and me would definitely used him if ever our floors does have issues

Highly recommend Jeremy and team to anyone needing new floors. Whether it's due to water damage or just in the market for an updated look. Jeremy worked fast, was very communicative, and did a great job.
