Salesman lied to me and told me the vehicle was in great shape and had no rust. Drove 6 hours to buy vehicle and when I got there. Vehicle had dents on it and rust in numerous places.
The sales person contacted me by e-mail and phone immediately; I was given information about the vehicle and asked for a draft copy of a bill of sale which they sent me the next day. They've continued to follow-up with e-mails and voice mails.
I haven't gotten out there to look at a particular car they have, as wheather has not worked out with days off. Their respond to my questions by email has been fast and helpful

The dealer was very nice and helpful. I didn't like the Carfax report but it had nothing to do with the dealer He was most helpful.

Decided to hold off a few months before buying a vehicle. This is definitely the place I will go back to when I'm ready. No frills dealer who passes on the savings!
