Let me preference this by saying that I have purchased 4 new cars from you over a 10 year period. I was bringing my car up to have some dings take out of the door at the collision center. On the way there we had a flat tire that was going to need to be replaced. After dropping the car off I went to the parts department to see about getting a new tire. Nate at Reliable Subaru was great. Service department did a great job on our Forester Wilderness great car!
Be aware, when you sign for the $189 diagnostic fee, there's also a $37+ "Shop fee" (described as an environmental fee for disposing of fluids and stuff like that: I didn't agree to any fluids being removed from my car) that isn't disclosed till to go to leave. They charge it to everyone. They just decide not to tell you till it's too late. Same as any dealership, you'll pay 80-100% more for services than you can get elsewhere. Came in with a negative opinion, left with a worse one.
This dealership is awesome! Service department is on it!
