We bought our 5th Subaru here this week- named him Hoot!. 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. We had Cindy S. as our salesperson. The past 2 purchases with her have been so pleasant. She is low pressure, kind, easy to talk to, accommodating, and she knows these cars. We love Brian too. The finance people are just as good! I actually hugged the finance guy. I came in for a sensor problem. I told them what it was because this same sensor has gone out before. I had to sit for 3 hours when I was told I I would wait for about 1.5 hours for them to tell me they wanted to replace my fuel system and pump. I got a second opinion. Fixing the sensor for $200 for parts and labor fixed it, instead of replacing the whole fuel system and pump for several thousand dollars like they recommended. Scam/10
