Started off great with Tammy on the phone. She was so helpful. She calmed me down and explained how to shut off my water. She sent out the plumber within an hour. He was clean and respectful. Didn't treat me like an ignorant customer. Stayed within the quoted price. Very professional. Highly recommend this company. They are a really great group.
I had a flood happening and called Reliable Rooter & Plumbing. The woman on the phone was able to help me find my thing to shut off the water and had a plumber at my house in about an hour (this was late on Friday as well) Very happy with this service. Highly recommended.
