Wow! I am blown away with the honesty of this company. A huge hail storm hit last night and really affected my husband’s car. I called Reliable Roofing this morning and was able to get Jose out that day to look at potential damage. He was on time and so professional. He told me we didn’t have enough damage for an insurance claim and even siliconed a piece of siding down that the wind had blown up. I am beyond amazed with this service and will definitely be using this company in the future when it’s time for a new roof.
I asked your receptionist for a sales person, sales manager or project manager multiple times. I tried to give you business. She didn’t even want to put me in touch with someone, she just wanted me to give her my customers information. Absolutely terrible customer service compared to the service and response I got from Integrity Roofing.
