The wheel repair blew away my expectations! I hit a pot hole and had a slight bend in the wheel. Brought it here for repair. Not only did they repair the bend, but they removed all of the curb wash and refinished the wheel beyond what I was expecting. I 100% recommend this company.
I had a terrible experience with Reliable Rim Repair. I brought my car to Top Level Collision, and they sent my rims out to this company for powder coating. Unfortunately, Reliable Rim Repair completely failed to do the job that was requested. The work they returned was poorly done and not what was agreed upon at all. As a business, this was a very disappointing experience. We sent out two Tesla rims for powder coating, and what we got back was not what we requested at all. One rim came back with a noticeable blotch, completely unacceptable quality. This delayed our job and upset our customer because we had promised a Friday delivery. Was driving with a tire that had twenty weights for balance. After bringing my rim they were able to get it down to two weights which makes a big difference. They repaired the rim while I waited but if the damage was on the inside it would have to stay overnight and they were willing to replace the rim with my spare at no extra charge. Overall, price and service were of high standard; I would go back again.
