Phil, Daniel, and their team have taken great care in doing various jobs at my mother’s home. They have done plumbing work, ceiling repair, and painting, just to name a few. They are always prompt and thorough. They will repair instead of replace, which is much appreciated! We have been very happy with them and we’re thankful for all they do. I highly recommend Reliable Restoration!
Absolutely terrible experience working with Phillip. We hired him & his son to dry & restore our kitchen & crawlspace after a leak. After signing paperwork, him & his son were never out to our property again, only his workers. After they had completed their work on the crawlspace, I knew something was not right. Reliable Restoration, Phillip and Daniel have been a great help with my Brother's Hail damage from the March storm in Owensboro, Ky. The home, siding, porches, and roof were really slammed and it looked like a bomb went off. Liberty Insurance was really difficult and denied everything at first. Reliable Restoration provided great services in a timely matter! They installed a water vapor barrier underneath our house as well as fixed the flooring in our bathroom due to water damage & helped lift flooring in certain areas of the house! Easy to work with & quick to respond!
