We had Reliable perform flood remediation at my mom‘s house when a water heater leaked, causing extensive damage to flooring and subflooring. They came quickly, got started right away, and got everything put back together and back in place, ready for the next stage (which we needed to delay for travel purposes). We are planning on having them perform the restoration work as well.
Great response. Totally reliable. Took charge even with insurance. Completely honest and offered a lot of suggestions towards best renovations.
Phil, Daniel, and their team have taken great care in doing various jobs at my mother’s home. They have done plumbing work, ceiling repair, and painting, just to name a few. They are always prompt and thorough. They will repair instead of replace, which is much appreciated! We have been very happy with them and we’re thankful for all they do. I highly recommend Reliable Restoration!
Absolutely terrible experience working with Phillip. We hired him & his son to dry & restore our kitchen & crawlspace after a leak. After signing paperwork, him & his son were never out to our property again, only his workers. After they had completed their work on the crawlspace, I knew something was not right. The mold they had treated was still present, but you could see lines where it had been sprayed, the vapor barrier did not go out to the edge of the ground & had multiple gaps & cuts, leaving exposed dirt.
