They charged me $234.21 for a simple plastic CPAP water reservoir (for ResMed 11) for which everyone else is charging $29. That's eight times as much as everyone else.

I am so tired of dealing with the incompetence at this company. I cant believe they are still in business. Something needs to be done, not fair what you have to go through to receive my c-pap machine. 6 mts and still waiting.

No matter how hard I tried to understand everything I still fell victim to their fraud. Was told they needed a debit card and promised I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. Fast forward to when they bill a portion of the cpap device and directly debit my card without my knowledge. I found out later they signed me up for auto-pay without any notification whatsoever. Been a CPAP customer since 2016. Received a call advising they couldnt refill supplies because the modem in my machine ran on 3G. Need to get new machine. Call my doctor and get prescription, conducted FaceTime appointment with them, received insurance approval at 100%. Call to schedule delivery and they wont deliver unless I give them a credit card. Since 2016, never needed a credit card and it 100% covered. Refused to give credit card so they cancelled my order. Need to find new supplier who can be trusted.

Very unreliable! I had to spend twenty minutes listening to their employee, who was working from home, lecture me why I should be considerate. Two months and I still have not received my supplies. I guess it's their way of telling me that they do not want my business. So very unreliable. This company gets an F++

I live in *************, I have Reliant Respiratory out of *********** as a DME (Durable Medical Equipment) provider. They had told me via my phone call to them on or about March 8, 2022 that they would be sending me supplies for my CPAP machine, I've used CPAP for about five years (prior to qualifying for ********* and the machine and supplies were covered by BCBS Federal Employee Plan. 0 stars. I am a retired healthcare provider of over 30 years. I have experienced so much incompetence from this company. They do not know answers to questions and say they will get back to me. These were not difficult questions. I was ordering a breathing machine as I cant breathe without it. They were aware that I needed to have them expedite my order. Did they care ? NO! Terrible customer service. My **** mask does not fit. I called Reliable Respiratory, but they said I just need to try again. The tech is available 1 hour per day it seems. Called yesterday (3rd time) to let them know my mask does not fit, Sean in customer support would not listen, he would only send me links to ****** site.
