“Reliable Plumbing & Sewer Service” was reliable all right. They graciously fit me into their busy schedule after our Chicago -50* last week, but not without price gouging me! When John arrived at the front door on Feb. 4, 2019, before hardly introducing himself, he told me it would be $650.00 to walk in the door. Without even looking at the job and tho I never asked for emergency service. I explained my very sick, 80 yr old parents heat broke, pipes froze, and one burst. I called two other companies before I called Reliable. The other two didn't even call me back, a live person answered the phone and I was scheduled the same day which I appreciated since I already took the day off of work.

Not impressed with estimate whatsoever. Was quoted a ridiculous price on a piece of equipment that I know for a fact is 4 times less the amount given to me! Plumber barely evaluated the job. Will NOT be hiring this company.
