Appreciate that they come out quick but not the best experience. We had a technician Bill come out Saturday because our washer wasn’t spinning and had a leak. After running a wash for 10 minutes he said in order to diagnose he would have to call someone to help him remove the dryer to access the panel on top and the problem would probably cost us more than just buying a new washer and dryer(our washer/dryer are stacked) we paid the service fee and he left. Every query I had was met with comprehensive answers. The efficiency and professionalism displayed by the staff were truly commendable, resulting in a job well done.
I called early in the morning and they responded straight away. The plumber visited my apartment on the same day just a few hours after my call. They need a replacement part for the toilet and they got it really quick. My toilet was fixed straight away once they got the part they needed that same day. The service was exceptional and the value of money is amazing. Highly recommended.
