Should be an option for 0 stars. I scheduled this appointment a week ago and dropped my truck off this morning 30 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. I was told the required recall fix would take 30 minutes to 1 hour. I informed them that I would be back around noon to pick my truck up and they assured me it would be ready. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I was interest in Wrangler Jeep and communicated with Ryan (sales) at Reliable Motors to get further information about the Jeep. I am from Nova Scotia so it was important to get all the information possible before traveling to PEI. He answered all my questions and provided additional pictures of the Jeep that were not available on the company website.
