Update: emailed the contact in the canned reply and never heard a word. It is obvious that they do not value customer service. BEWARE!!!! We dropped our daughter’s car off on April 10th for recall work, which turned into a front subframe replacement requiring a loaner. Communication was poor from the start. BEWARE!!!! We had a very disappointing experience with Reliable Mazda’s service department. We dropped our daughter’s car off on April 10th for recall work, which turned into a front subframe replacement requiring a loaner. Communication was poor from the start. Now let me start out by explaining. My father and I took my mazda 6 in to get both recalls taken care of (subframe and airbag) while these services were provided we were not allowed to take the mazda home the day we took it in because of 4 inch holes in the subframe so they had to order a new subframe.
