So far I am 3 days in to this saga. They said they'd contact me by eob on day 1. They did not. On day 2 Reliable sent me a text message with a link claiming to contain the "diagnosis" It did not. The link contained the information (only part of the information) that I provided to them prior to scheduling the service, and provided to them again at drop off. Jordan from the Used Car Department was so great! He was kind, accommodating, and fun to work with! The whole process was smooth and without high pressure. The finance department worked so hard to meet our budget! 5 stars all around and will return the next time we are looking to buy.
I am so very very upset. I bought my 2920 Mazda in for oil change and windshield washer fluid light in and trouble with gps/radio. I have an extended warranty I purchased in Arizona. I was told Gps was not covered. When I called and called and finally got someone he was upset with me because I gave him an 8 on my evaluation. I ended up hanging up.
