Reliable has been our management company of our condominiums for a little over 2 years. They are not perfect like every other management company. However, they have saved us along with a few good board members money. They managed the condo complex I lived at. Not bad providing you never need anything done. Never return calls and very very rude. They allowed a crooked board to steal $400 from us at my closing even though they knew better. Wouldn't waste the time or the money
I've never had any problems with Reliable Management. They are quick to respond to issues.
