Sale manager was rude and show his temper when dealing with price negotiations.
This place is not very good at customer service. I am looking to buy a new TX and Ian was the first sale man reach out to me. After the first initial chat it took him 3 days to get back to me after i had to reach out for him and another day after for them to put all the number together. They gave me almost the full price of MRSP which I disagree. The sale manager called me and we started to do some negotiations.
