Incredibly helpful and thorough, pointed out some concerns with the property that would have likely been costly to repair and ultimately gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Plan on using again once we find the right home for our family.

Steven was very professional and thorough. He explained everything in detail, and spent extra time showing my son how the systems worked including the switches and control to operate them. That gave me peace of mind since the home is for my adult son. The report was completed after the inspection and sent to myself and my agent for review. I highly recommend Reliable Home Services.

Unfortunately, the inspector we had didn't notice the basement walls bowing in. It is a completely unfinished basement with everything exposed and he still didn't notice it. We knew about the leaking walls so when we had a basement company come in to install drains and a pump, they noticed the walls right away and would not install anything until the walls were fixed. We were perplexed so we had three other basement companies in and all said the same thing. One wall is 1.5" bowing. Due to the extend of the work, we're up to ... read more
